Best gluten-free bagels I’ve ever had. Gluten-free cake also excellent with a good “crumb.” The turmeric eggs and avocado bagel sandwich was so tasteful. Get there early for best selection!

This is the most perfect hidden gem ever. My hairstylist told me this place and raved about it. I decided to stop by and he was so right! Everything I got was extremely yummy and clearly fresh. It was definitely hard to just pick what to get but I settled with a cinnamon roll, Nutella mochi donut & cinnamon coffee cake. The woman I talked to at the front was also super friendly and made the experience just that much more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back.
We love their mochi donuts and vegan cupcakes!! The baker/owner is so friendly too, and lets you order ahead to ensure you get what you are looking for!

What a wonderful establishment- definitely one that the community of anchorage needs! I attended their grand opening- there was a line at the door waiting for open. I got a gluten free mochi donut that day and I believe a bagel with schmear. I have come back maybe 2-3 times within the week. I’m HOOKED. This place is my personal blessing in disguise- I had just given up gluten and was sad to kiss my donut dates with my husband goodbye- no longer! I will be dragging him here to review the gluten laden magic for me when possible. Not only was the first experience perfect- each time I have come back it has been the exact same and I LOVE consistency. I hope this business will be blessed to stick around for years to come. ❤️❤️❤️

This female-owned business specializes in artisan gluten-free baked goods and sourdough bread, and everything I've tried has been outstanding. The atmosphere is bright and modern, making it a delightful place to relax and indulge in some delicious treats. The staff are absolutely amazing—friendly and accommodating, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I was impressed by the menu which is so exciting and fresh. Now let’s talk about the mochi donuts – they were absolutely incredible and hands down the best I’ve ever had! The texture was perfect, and the flavors were out of this world. I couldn’t wait to share some with my friends and family. I look forward to going back so I can try more of their amazing creations. If you're in the area, this bakery is a must-visit!
The best atmosphere with the seating, music and cleanliness. Phenomenal personalized customer service. And not to mention their food is the best! Today we tried their gluten free bagels and they were literally the best bagels we have ever had. Plus truly gluten free! Everyone should support and promote an Alaskan owned bakery that caters to the growing sensitivities of Gluten intolerances! Please give them a try and spread the word! This place is amazing! The food was incredible - I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon which was the best I've had in Anchorage. My husband got the hash (the jalapenos were so good) which came with a bagel and cream cheese. We got an everything bagel with the garlic and chive (i thihnk?) cream cheese. It was delicious! Finally we couldn't walk away without trying something sweet. The sourdough cinnamon roll was unreal. 10/10 recommend. Bonus - the atmosphere was super cute and modern!
I have celiacs and I can confirm that this woman makes magic happen. Wonderful flavors and textures, a comfortable atmosphere to eat in, and on top of it all she is also the most welcoming and kind person. Go get some of the best treats you will ever have!
